Price of services
Here at OptiCentre for regular eye examinations using the latest technology there is a gap of $50. For more complicated contact lens fittings or patients who require more time or testing the fees can be higher please contact us for more details.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
- Your current glasses and/or contact lenses.
- If you want your contact lenses to be checked please come wearing them.
- If you want a new prescription for glasses but also wear contact lenses please wear your glasses (at least for a few hours beforehand) but bring your contact lenses so we can check them too.
- Your Medicare card any private health insurance card.

Where can I park when I arrive for my appointment?
There is plenty of street parking along Hampden Rd or side streets, there is also 2 hour parking just next to the Dome cafe. At times the street can get quite busy, so we recommend arriving a little earlier to your appointment so you have plenty of time to find a suitable parking bay.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
